This document describes how to centrally manage LAN environments using
NetView MultiSystem Manager MVS/ESA (MSM) Release 1. LAN adapters,
bridges, hubs, segments, plus NetWare servers and requesters are all
managed from NetView Graphic Monitor Facility (NGMF) workstations
using SystemView compliant icons and the point-and-shoot approach for
sending commands down to the service point applications.

This document is intended for people who plan to install, customize,
and/or operate NetView MSM. Some knowledge of NetView GMF is assumed
as well as some LNM and/or Novell NetWare skill.
