Jenn Tarrant
Jenn Tarrant is a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT) with nearly 20 years of experience teaching yoga, breathing practices, mindfulness, and meditation. She currently serves as a Yoga Therapist at the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, Arizona, where she works closely with individuals experiencing Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) and their care partners.

Jenn wrote Supporting Mild Cognitive Impairment with Yoga to share the knowledge and insights she’s gained through years of working with patients navigating cognitive changes, as well as aging yoga students facing shifts in strength, balance, and vitality. Her approach blends science-informed techniques with the compassionate wisdom of yoga to promote clarity, connection, and well-being.

In addition to her clinical and teaching work, Jenn has contributed articles to publications including In&Out Magazine, LAYoga Magazine, Phoenix Medical Professionals Magazine, Scottsdale Health Magazine, 85086 Magazine, and a variety of blogs.

She lives and works in Phoenix, Arizona, and is passionate about making yoga accessible, supportive, and deeply meaningful for every stage of life.
