Kathy Paauw began her thriving coaching and consulting business in 1995, offering services
ranging from productivity consulting and training to personal and business coaching. Her
skillful ability to teach others has created the conditions for her success in network marketing
today. She is a top-ten income earner, team builder and respected leader in her company.
In 2005, Kathy began her network marketing business and built it while she continued working
her coaching and consulting business. She no longer takes clients for her other business.
Instead, she utilizes her coaching skills with team members who are serious about experiencing
lifestyle and financial freedom and have a desire to help others do the same. She has served on
her company’s Advisory Board since its inception in 2006.
Kathy and her husband, Doug, live in the Seattle area. She is also a mother, singer, volunteer,
and a world traveler.
