The IBM Netfinity ESCON adapter rounds out the connectivity capabilities of the Netfinity server in mainframe environments. The ESCON adapter allows direct TCP/IP and SNA connectivity over a high-speed, reliable link between applications on the Netfinity Server and the mainframe host.
