The PreMed Planner Journal

Are you considering medical school at any point in the future? The PreMed Planner Journal was designed to help guide students through their premed journey. The planning journal has 7 sections, separated by tabs: Four Year (or More) Plan, Work/Activities Section, Shadowing, Clinical Experience, Letters of Recommendation, MCAT, and Personal Statement. Each section contains tips and advice, guided journal pages, and inspirational quotes. This is designed for students planning to apply to US medical schools through AMCAS, AACOMAS, or TMDSAS.

The PreMed Planner Journal was designed by Morgan McManus, owner of Melanin.in.Med, LLC. She is a medical student in New York City. During her medical school application cycle, she received 12 medical school acceptances and multiple full-tuition scholarships.
