We offer solutions for ordering, printing and production that will easily integrate with your systems while ensuring we effectively meet your needs.
Do you have a shopping cart? Great! We have no preference and can accept orders from virtually all shopping cart or merchant solutions including InfusionSoft, 1ShoppingCart, PayPal, ClickBank, E-Junkie, and more. Orders are processed from emails generated from your shopping cart or merchant solution (more details here).
No shopping cart? No problem. Our clients have the option of listing their products (books, DVDs, CDs, etc.) in the Vervante Bookstore where they can then direct customers for online purchasing and fulfillment. (Click here to see the bookstore.)
If you want to order some of your books or products for yourself, just log into your Vervante author dashboard and you can place orders directly from there.
Note: We do not require you to pre-order books or fulfill any minimum order amounts. Our print-on-demand services are cost-effective for short runs giving you the option to order only what you want, when you want it, saving money, time, space, resources and stress. However, if you need 1000 or more books printed, we also offer high-quality offset printing at great prices!
In an effort ship orders as quickly as possible, your order may not be able to be cancelled or modified once it is placed. If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. We make every effort to accommodate these requests, however if an order is in process changes may not be possible. Please note a package intercept fee will be assessed if you need to change a shipping address once the order has been submitted for processing. This only applies to orders shipped via UPS. We cannot intercept or re-route packages shipped via USPS.
We accept returns. We do not charge you for handling a return. You will receive an email when we receive a return. Returns should be sent to: Vervante Returns, 400 North Geneva Road, STE C, Lindon, UT 84042. You can also modify your packing slip to have returns sent back to your office. You can make this change in your account profile. Whether you choose to have returns sent back to us or to your office, we recommend that you include your return policy on the customized packing slip included with each of your orders.
