At Vervante, we're all about making things easy for you -- especially when it comes to getting your orders from your shopping cart to our fulfillment team. Whether you're using Shopify, WooCommerce, Squarespace, Etsy, Kajabi, ClickFunnels, or any other platform, there's a simple way to automate your order processing and streamline your business.
How It Works
Our system is designed to import text-only order emails that are sent in a specific format. This is how we're able to accept orders from any shopping cart.

The easiest way to make this happen is by using an automation tool like Zapier or Make.com. These tools can pull order details from your cart and send them to us in the correct format -- automatically.
If the email is formatted properly, our system will process the order without any manual input. That means faster fulfillment, fewer errors, and a seamless experience for you and your customers. Want to be sure it's working? After setting up your automation, place a test order. If everything is formatted correctly, it will show up in your Vervante account under View Orders within 10 minutes. If you don't see it there, something is not right with the format, and we're happy to help you troubleshoot.

If you use a different cart, no problem at all. Our system works with any shopping cart -- as long as you trigger an email when an order is placed. That means you have total flexibility in choosing the platform that works best for your business.
Order Processing Fees
Orders submitted in the formats below are FREE to process:
- Text-only emails using a standard format

Manual Processing Fee: $1.25 per order
This fee applies to orders that are sent in a non-standard format, including:
- Shipping/fulfillment reports (usually CSV files) exported from your shopping cart
- Emails containing order details that are not in our text-only format
- Any orders not sent using the formats or API we outline above
