Custom Certificate Printing

Custom Certificate Printing

Professionally printed certificates for course completion, training, accreditation, and recognition. Printed and mailed from our Utah facility.

Recognizing achievement deserves more than a digital PDF that gets lost in someone's inbox. A physical certificate, printed on quality paper with a professional finish, is something your clients and students will keep, frame, and display. It is the tangible reminder that they finished what they started.

For 25 years, Vervante has helped coaches, course creators, educators, and training organizations turn program completions, accreditations, and milestones into keepsakes that reflect the quality of the work behind them. We print, package, and mail your certificates directly to your recipients from our facility in Utah. You design the certificate and send us the recipient list. We handle everything else.

Who Custom Certificates Are Built For

Certificates make sense whenever you want recognition to feel substantive instead of disposable. Our customers most often use them for:

Paper and Material Options

Each material gives the certificate a different feel and signals a different level of formality. We can help you pick the right one based on the audience and the occasion.

Vervante custom certificate paper options, embossed seal, and certificate holder

Parchment paper. A classic, traditional look with subtle texture and warmth. Works well for academic, religious, or heritage-inspired programs where the certificate should feel timeless.

Foil-stamped border. Pre-foiled certificate paper with a decorative gold or silver border already in place. A formal, elegant option that elevates the perceived value of the credential.

Premium cover weight. A heavier, smooth stock that holds up well to handling and framing. The best fit for modern, branded designs where the certificate is part of a larger visual identity.

Certificate holder. A presentation folder that protects the certificate and elevates the moment of handing it over or mailing it out. A natural pairing for graduation, accreditation, and award programs.

The Embossed Gold Seal

For an extra layer of distinction, add a custom embossed gold seal pressed with your logo, program name, or organizational mark, so it sits raised on the certificate surface. If you prefer a flatter finish or a lower-cost option, we can also produce printed gold foil stickers. The seal is optional, but a popular upgrade.

Common Applications

What You Will Need to Provide

To print and ship your certificates, we will need:

For one-off and small orders, you can submit the recipient name and date the same way you would for any other Vervante order. See our order processing instructions for details. For larger batches, a spreadsheet is often the easiest way to send the full recipient list.

How Certificate Printing Works

  1. Send us your design. Upload your print-ready PDF along with the recipient list and any logo files for the embossed seal or printed gold foil sticker.
  2. Choose your materials. Pick from parchment, foil-stamped border, or premium cover weight. Add an embossed gold seal or printed gold foil sticker if you want one.
  3. We print and personalize. Each certificate is printed with the recipient name and completion date, finished with the seal or sticker if selected, and quality-checked before packaging.
  4. We drop-ship directly to your recipient. Each certificate is protected between two corrugated pads and mailed in a rigid stay-flat mailer so it arrives in perfect condition, directly to the person who earned it.

Why Creators Choose Vervante for Certificates

Most printers will produce certificates in bulk, but very few will personalize each one with a recipient name, add an embossed seal or printed gold foil sticker, and mail it directly to the person who earned it. That last piece is the part our customers value most. You finish a cohort of students or close out a coaching program, send us the list, and the certificates show up at recipient doors without you handling a single envelope.

Certificates are printed on demand with no minimum order. Whether you are running a single certificate as each student finishes or a batch of fifty at the close of a quarterly program, the same care goes into the order. Standard production is 3 to 4 business days, with the same turnaround window whether you are printing one certificate or one hundred.

Common Questions

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. Certificates are printed on demand with no minimum. You can order a single certificate as each student finishes or a batch at the close of a program.

How long does production take?

Standard production is 3 to 4 business days after we receive your design and recipient list. Shipping time is in addition to production time. The same window applies whether you are printing one certificate or one hundred.

Can you mail certificates directly to my recipients?

Yes. We drop-ship directly to your recipient. Each certificate is protected between two corrugated pads and shipped in a rigid stay-flat mailer so it arrives without bending or damage. You provide the recipient addresses and we handle the rest.

What file format do you need for the design?

We need a print-ready PDF. See our print specs for setup details.

Can the embossed seal include my logo or program name?

Yes. The seal is fully customizable. Send us your logo, program mark, or organizational identifier and we will create a custom seal die. We can also produce printed gold foil stickers as an alternative to the embossed seal.

How are the recipient names and completion dates added?

We personalize each certificate during printing. For one-off and small orders, no spreadsheet is required. You can submit recipient names the same way you would for any other Vervante order, following our order processing instructions. For larger batches, a spreadsheet of recipient names and completion dates is usually the easiest format.

Can I see a sample before placing an order?

Yes. You can order a sample of your certificate.
