A full year of daily content in one pad, one sheet per day, printed full color and bound at the top edge with a chipboard backer. There is no cap on sheet count, so a true 365 sheet calendar is a standard job for us. Sells well as both a gift and a retail item, with no minimum order.
Add our pop-up stand to a 5 x 4 inch calendar of up to 365 pages and it stands on a desk or counter. We glue the stand to the back, it ships flat, and your customer folds up the flaps to stand it up.
Easel Stand Calendar
A standing desk calendar bound with wire-o on an easel base, so pages flip over rather than tear off and the calendar stays together all year. Choose a softcover base with no minimum, or a hardcover easel base from 25 copies.

Clear Calendar Case
A clear case that opens into its own stand and holds 13 printed cards, each 4.642 inches wide by 5.432 inches tall. One of the simplest desk calendars to produce, and a good first calendar if you are testing whether your audience will buy one.
Wall Calendar
The classic hanging format, bound saddle stitch, spiral, or wire-o, with a hook for hanging. Use your own photography, illustration, or written content on the facing page. Twelve months of large artwork gives you the most visual real estate of any format we offer.
Large Wall Calendar on Styrene
Printed on styrene, a lightweight plastic that resists creasing and tearing. The surface takes dry erase markers, so the calendar becomes a working planning surface rather than a reference. A strong fit for offices, classrooms, kitchens, and any program built around tracking.
Pocket Calendar
A small saddle stitch calendar designed for a bag or pocket. Thirty six pages, made up of twelve monthly spreads and twelve notes pages, so it works as a light planner as well as a calendar.

Four Ways to Put a Calendar on a Desk
A desk calendar can lie flat, sit in a clear case, stand on a pop-up stand, or stand on a hardcover easel base. They are listed here from the lowest cost to the most premium. The first is a padded tear off pad. The second holds 13 printed cards in a case that opens into its own stand. The third is the same tear off pad as the first, with a pop-up stand glued to the back. The fourth is bound with wire-o, so the pages flip over and stay in the calendar instead of tearing off.

A Closer Look at the Daily Tear Off Calendar
The daily tear off is the format most likely to already exist in your business without you realizing it. If you have a library of quotes, devotionals, journaling prompts, affirmations, tips, recipes, or exercises, you have the raw material for a 365 sheet calendar sitting in a file somewhere.
Production is straightforward. We print the sheets, then pad them at the top edge with flexible adhesive and add a chipboard backer. Because the sheets are printed before they are padded, every sheet can carry different artwork and different text at no extra cost. A calendar with 365 unique pages costs the same to produce as one with the same page repeated 365 times.
A few things worth planning for:
- Decide early whether the calendar is dated or undated. An undated version can be reprinted year after year without a new file, which removes the January deadline entirely
- Undated also means unsold inventory does not expire, which matters if you are stocking rather than printing on demand
- If you want the pop-up desk stand, set the calendar up at 5 inches wide by 4 inches tall, the size the stand is made for. The stand holds up to 365 pages
- Print on the back of each sheet if you want a second layer of content, such as a prompt on the front and space to respond on the back
- Build the file as one multi page PDF in the order the sheets should stack, with January 1 or day one on top
The dating decision is the one that matters most. A dated calendar has a hard selling window and becomes worthless in January. An undated one sells year round and reprints without new artwork. Choose before you write, because it changes how every sheet is laid out.

Preparing Your Files
We print from your print ready files. We do not create or edit artwork, so your file needs to arrive finished, at the correct trim size, with the right bleed and resolution.
Calendar grids are the place most first time files go wrong. Check the day of week alignment for every month against the year you are printing, and confirm any holidays you have marked.
