A calendar is one of the few products a customer keeps in view for twelve straight months. It earns a spot on a desk, a wall, or a refrigerator, and it gets looked at every day without anyone having to be reminded to open it.
That makes a calendar worth more than a promotional item. If you write, teach, or coach, a calendar turns a year of your content into a product with a real price and a natural reorder cycle, because every customer needs a new one in January.
We produce six calendar formats, from a 365 sheet daily tear off pad to a large dry erase wall calendar printed on plastic. All of them print from your files, so the content, the artwork, and the dates are entirely yours.
A full year of daily content in one pad, one sheet per day, printed full color and bound at the top edge with a chipboard backer. There is no cap on sheet count, so a true 365 sheet calendar is a standard job for us. Sits on a desk or countertop, and sells well as both a gift and a retail item.
The classic hanging format, bound saddle stitch, spiral, or wire-o, with a hook for hanging. Use your own photography, illustration, or written content on the facing page. Twelve months of large artwork gives you the most visual real estate of any format we offer.
Printed on styrene, a lightweight plastic that resists creasing and tearing. The surface takes dry erase markers, so the calendar becomes a working planning surface rather than a reference. A strong fit for offices, classrooms, kitchens, and any program built around tracking.
A standing format built to get attention on a desk or counter. We call it a calendar, but do not let that limit the content. Customers use this format for daily affirmations, quotes, reminders, tasks, and program content covering everything from finance to food to fitness.
A full color, two sided calendar printed on sturdy stock and supplied with its own jewel case stand. One of the simplest formats to produce, and a good first calendar if you are testing whether your audience will buy one.
A small saddle stitch calendar designed for a bag or pocket. Thirty six pages, made up of twelve monthly spreads and twelve notes pages, so it works as a light planner as well as a calendar.
Looking for a full planner instead? Dated or undated planners, softcover or hardcover, with tabs, pockets, foil, and other add ons are a separate product line. Start with Build Your Own Planners or the guide to creating custom planners and journals. We also offer ready made planner interiors you can brand as your own and sell.
The daily tear off is the format most likely to already exist in your business without you realizing it. If you have a library of quotes, devotionals, journaling prompts, affirmations, tips, recipes, or exercises, you have the raw material for a 365 sheet calendar sitting in a file somewhere.
Production is straightforward. We print the sheets, then pad them at the top edge with flexible adhesive and add a chipboard backer. Because the sheets are printed before they are padded, every sheet can carry different artwork and different text at no extra cost. A calendar with 365 unique pages costs the same to produce as one with the same page repeated 365 times.
A few things worth planning for:
The dating decision is the one that matters most. A dated calendar has a hard selling window and becomes worthless in January. An undated one sells year round and reprints without new artwork. Choose before you write, because it changes how every sheet is laid out.
| If you want | Choose |
|---|---|
| A year of daily written content | Daily tear off calendar |
| To showcase photography or artwork | Wall calendar |

| A standing product for a desk or counter | Easel stand calendar |
| The simplest, lowest cost format to test | Desktop calendar with acrylic stand |
| Something portable, with room for notes | Pocket calendar |
| Full planning functionality with add ons | A custom planner, not a calendar |
Not sure which one fits your content? Schedule a call and we will talk through it, or visit the Video Vault to see several of these formats in hand.
Two of these formats are easier to understand on video than on a page.
Our full Video Vault covers calendars, planners, and the rest of our product line, including ideas for content and formats you may not have considered.
We print from your print ready files. We do not create or edit artwork, so your file needs to arrive finished, at the correct trim size, with the right bleed and resolution.
Calendar grids are the place most first time files go wrong. Check the day of week alignment for every month against the year you are printing, and confirm any holidays you have marked. A dated calendar with one wrong month is unsellable, so order a printed proof before you commit to a run. Full requirements are on our print specifications, and templates for many of our products page.
Any count, with no maximum. A full year calendar of 365 sheets is a standard job for us.
Yes. Pages are printed before they are bound or padded, so a calendar where every page carries unique artwork and text costs the same to produce as one that repeats a single design.
An undated calendar can be reprinted year after year without new artwork and does not expire in inventory. A dated calendar has a defined selling season. Decide before you lay out your file, because it affects every page.
Styrene is a lightweight plastic that resists creasing and tearing. It also takes dry erase markers, so a styrene wall calendar can be written on and wiped clean throughout the year.
Wall calendars can be bound saddle stitch, spiral, or wire-o, with a hook for hanging.

No. We print from your print ready files. You supply the finished artwork and we handle printing, binding, and fulfillment.
Yes, and for a dated calendar we strongly recommend it. A printed proof is a physical copy of your product, and the charge varies by product.
Whatever stage you are at, here is where to start.
