Processing Your Orders Made Simple - that's us! We can process orders from ANY shopping cart, no matter which one you use. And you don't need to worry about integration, API, or any of that fancy complicated stuff.
Don't see your cart above? No problem. To process orders from the shopping cart you use, we just need ONE of the following:
A copy of the order email generated from your shopping cart, OR
A shipping/fulfillment report, usually a csv file, generated from your shopping cart, OR
An email with the order information
And if you really want to keep it simple, you can log into your Vervante account and place orders there directly.
CLICK HERE for generic order email instructions. Most shopping carts have the option to set up an email that will be sent to us when an order is placed. Our generic order instructions show how the emails should be configured to automatically submit to our system.

Your orders can be automatically processed from 1ShoppingCart.com order confirmation emails. The basic set up is an easy two-step process. A Vervante part number will be assigned to your product. This part number should be entered in 1ShoppingCart as the SKU. Then add email@example.com to the email distribution list in 1ShoppingCart. The path is : Home >> Setup >> Orders >> Notifications
Do not include a standalone "X" in the description with a digit on either side. The number just before or just after will be imported as the quantity to be shipped.
Example of incorrect description (Vervante part number in parenthesis will be assigned). In this example the number 6 would indicate quantity and the order would be processed and six items would be produced and shipped:

We will receive copies of all of your order confirmations, but only those with our part number and an accepted credit card status will be processed into our system. If the order does not appear in your Vervante account within approximately 10 minutes, we did not receive the email or the email notification is not set up correctly.

Big Commerce Order Setup
Big Commerce is a very limited shopping cart platform with regards to export of orders to fulfillment houses. A call to support will yield a proclamation that you cannot create or format a separate email to send to another party (ie fulfillment house).
You can however add an email address to the invoice email being sent to the customer. The problem with that of course is that if you modify the invoice, all changes will be seen by the customer. In addition, there is no provision for “text only” email. So if you are reading this *prior* to committing to this shopping cart platform, you may want to reconsider as if a cart is this limited for such a simple function, you may find it hard to customize your cart if and when your store grows to a level where such customization is required to facilitate your company's growth.
Vervante wanted to help provide access to their system for as many people as possible, so we came up with a “rough” work around for the crude options available from Big Commerce. Basically, what we do is embed into the Invoice email, in HTML comments, the information needed by Vervante to fulfill your order.
The instructions are somewhat detailed, so you will need to look at the file, we do not have "Quick Instructions".
Your orders can be processed from your Clickbank order confirmation emails. The basic set up is an easy two-step process. A Vervante part number will be assigned to your product. This part number should be added into the Product Title when editing "My Products”. You should add the part number as the last item in the description like this:
Product: My Product Title V4081000000
Additionally you should add it as the Product ID if applicable. Then add "firstname.lastname@example.org" to your Order Notification emails. Do not forward your Order Notification emails to us, we need the order to come directly from Clickbank to us. We will ask you to run a few test orders prior to the actual live processing, so that we can confirm your account has been properly set up.
Vervante provides print-on-demand services for producing and shipping physical books and other printed materials, as well as CD/DVD disc duplication, tangible item fulfillment, and kit assembly incorporating any/all of those items. Follow the link below for detailed instructions to properly setup E-junkie to notify Vervante when an order comes in, so they can automatically produce and fulfill the order for you.
Your orders can be automatically processed from Infusionsoft. We recommend sending one automated daily Fulfillment Report that includes all orders for that day. Please do not send one fulfillment report for each order. These steps are available below in the link to Infusionsoft Getting Started Guides.
Another option is to set up an email notification for each order.
The email notification should be a text email and should be formatted as outlined in the link below.
