We accept orders from all shopping carts via an email notification or our API (more details here).
Our clients have the option of listing their products in the Vervante Bookstore where they can then direct customers for online purchasing and fulfillment. (Click here to see the bookstore.)
You can log into your Vervante account and place an order to be sent to your customer or to yourself.
In an effort ship orders as quickly as possible, your order may not be able to be cancelled or modified once it is placed. If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. We make every effort to accommodate these requests, however if an order is in process changes may not be possible. Please note a package intercept fee will be assessed if you need to change a shipping address once the order has been submitted for processing. This only applies to orders shipped via UPS. We cannot intercept or re-route packages shipped via USPS.
We accept returns. You will receive an email when we receive a return. Returns should be sent to: Vervante Returns, 400 North Geneva Road, STE C, Lindon, UT 84042. Whether you choose to have returns sent back to us or to your office, we recommend that you include your return policy on the customized packing slip included with each of your orders.
