Vervante Bookstore, online selling and fulfillment for authors and creators

Sell Printed Products Online with the Vervante Bookstore

Printing, packing, and shipping handled for you

Selling physical products online does not have to be complicated. Vervante helps authors, coaches, educators, and creators sell printed products without managing printing, packing, or shipping. You focus on your audience and your marketing. We handle everything that happens after the order is placed.

Whether you are launching a first book, planner, journal, or card deck, or expanding how you already sell, we offer flexible options for print on demand, order fulfillment, and distribution. Everything is printed and fulfilled in the United States by our own team, under one roof.

You still receive your customer information.
When an order is placed through the Vervante Bookstore, we share the customer details with you, including name, shipping address, and email address.

This is one of the biggest advantages of selling through the Vervante Bookstore. Unlike Amazon, where customer information is not shared with the seller, you keep the details you need to build your email list, stay connected with your buyers, and continue growing your business.

How the Vervante Bookstore Works

The Vervante Bookstore is a hands-off way to sell your products online. We build the product page, process the payment, handle sales tax, and take care of fulfillment from start to finish.

1. We list your product

We create the product page in the Vervante Bookstore using your cover artwork, description, and the retail price you set.

2. You send buyers to it

Link to your product page from your website, newsletter, social posts, podcast notes, or speaking events.

3. We handle the order

We process the credit card payment, calculate and remit sales tax, and print or pull the product from inventory.

4. We ship and report

The order ships directly to your customer. You receive the customer details and a clear monthly statement.

You set the retail price. We charge a 10 percent commission plus a $2.50 order fee on each transaction, and orders filled from stored inventory add a $0.25 pick fee. Shipping is paid by the buyer at checkout, so it does not come out of your margin.

This is a good option if you want to market from your own site without setting up payment processing, sales tax collection, or shipping rules. It is also a fast way to start selling while a larger store build is still in progress.

What You Can Sell

The Vervante Bookstore works for most of the printed products we produce, including:

  • Books, including perfect bound, hardcover, spiral bound, and wire-o
  • Planners, journals, and workbooks
  • Card decks, including oracle, affirmation, and coaching cards
  • Workbooks and companion guides that pair with a course or program
  • Boxed sets, kits, and multi piece products we assemble for you

If you are not sure whether your product is a good fit, send us the details and we will tell you what is possible before you commit to anything.

Print on Demand or Inventory, Your Choice

Vervante supports true print on demand, where products are printed and shipped one at a time as orders come in. There is no minimum order and no inventory investment, which makes it a low risk way to launch a new product or keep a slower moving title available.

We also support inventory based fulfillment. If you print in larger quantities, we store your products in our Utah warehouse and pull from that stock as orders arrive. Printing in batches lowers your unit cost, which matters once your sales volume is steady or your product does not lend itself to single copy printing.

We will help you decide which approach makes sense based on your product type, sales volume, and goals. Many customers use both, holding inventory on their best sellers while printing everything else on demand.

We can also fulfill products we did not print. If you already have inventory sitting in a garage or with another printer, we can receive it into our warehouse, store it, and ship it alongside everything else. Learn more about warehousing and fulfillment.

Selling Through Your Own Site and Other Channels

The Vervante Bookstore is not the only way to work with us. Many customers sell through their own website or through outside marketplaces and use Vervante purely as the printing and fulfillment partner behind the scenes. Popular channels include Etsy, TikTok Shop, and Faire for wholesale, along with niche and industry specific marketplaces.

You control your listings, pricing, and promotions. When an order comes in, the order details reach Vervante and we print and ship directly to your customer. If you sell from your own site, we connect directly to Shopify, WooCommerce, and other carts so orders flow to us automatically. This lets you reach new audiences while keeping fulfillment off your plate.

Amazon is also an option, though it works differently than the other channels and does not share customer information with you. See Selling on Amazon for how each path works and which products qualify.

Why Creators Work With Vervante

We are United States based, we print and fulfill under one roof, and you work with real people who understand custom printed products. We have been doing this for more than 25 years, which means we have already solved most of the problems a new product can run into.

Our customers value the flexibility to sell through multiple channels without being locked into a single platform, and they value keeping the relationship with their own buyers. Your product, your pricing, your customer list.
