A custom printed hardcover book makes a lasting impression. Printed case wrap covers allow your artwork to be printed directly onto the cover and wrapped around sturdy book boards for a polished, durable, professional finish.
We print custom hardcover books for novels, coffee table books, children's books, planners, journals, workbooks, and textbooks. If you are creating a planner, journal, or workbook, a hardcover format adds durability and perceived value that stands out.
If you would prefer a more textured feel for your cover, see our faux leather and linen hardcover books, which can be enhanced with foil stamping, debossing, and tip-on cover images.
One of the unique things we offer: If your book includes both black and white pages and color pages, we only charge for the pages printed in color, not the entire book.
A printed case wrap is the right choice when the cover artwork itself is the design. Some of the creators we most often work with on these books include:
Choose matte, gloss, or soft-touch lamination depending on the look and feel you want for your printed cover.
We can also add foil stamping or embossing and debossing to highlight titles, logos, and design elements and add depth and texture to a printed cover.
We offer several binding styles depending on the type of book you are creating and how it will be used.
The finishing details can make a hardcover book feel even more special and complete.
If you are preparing your files, review our print specifications and templates for guidance.
We only charge for the pages that are actually printed in color, giving you flexibility without increasing the cost of printing the entire book in color. This is especially helpful for memoirs, family histories, and instructional books that mix photo sections with text.

Hardcover books with wire-o binding have a 25-book minimum. Other hardcover bindings have similarly low minimums for short runs. This is significantly lower than most printers, who typically require 100 books or more for hardcover production. Once you are ready to scale, we can also handle larger production runs.
Hardcover production typically takes 15 to 20 business days, including binding and any custom finishing such as foil stamping, debossing, or printed endpapers. Have an event or launch date? Tell us and we will plan production around it.
A printed case wrap cover is a hardcover book where your design is printed directly onto the cover material and wrapped around rigid boards, with your artwork extending across the front, spine, and back as one continuous design.
A printed case wrap puts your full-color artwork directly on the cover, making it the right choice when the cover image is part of the design. Faux leather and linen hardcovers use a textured cover material, typically enhanced with foil stamping, debossing, or a tip-on cover image. Faux leather and linen offer a more tactile feel that customers associate with keepsake products and premium positioning.
Yes. We only charge for the pages printed in color, not the entire book. This is especially helpful for memoirs, family histories, and instructional books that mix photo sections with text.
PUR glue binding, Smyth sewn binding, wire-o binding, concealed wire-o binding, and metal spiral binding. The right choice depends on how your book will be used. Smyth sewn is durable and lays flatter for novels and coffee table books. Wire-o and concealed wire-o lay completely flat for planners and reference books.
Novels, children's books, planners, journals, textbooks, coffee table books, photo books, and any book where the cover artwork is part of the design.
Yes. We strongly recommend ordering a printed proof of your specific book before committing to a full print run. A printed proof is a physical copy of your actual book and lets you check the cover finish, paper feel, binding, and how the artwork prints in real life before scaling up.
