Ongoing and Cohort Shipments

For programs that ship more than a one-time welcome box, we also handle ongoing and cohort-based shipments. Production Timing

Most welcome box projects move through three phases: file preparation and proofing, production, and assembly and shipping. Timing depends on the items inside the box and the packaging you choose.

• Printed items (workbooks, journals, planners, card decks) generally produce in 3 to 5 business days for softcover and 15 to 20 business days for hardcover and case-bound pieces.
• Generic packaging (organza bags, poly envelopes, clear tuck boxes, blank mailers) is in stock and ready immediately.
• Custom printed packaging (printed tuck boxes, two-piece rigid boxes, branded mailers) requires approximately 4 weeks for first production.
• Assembly and shipping to your client list typically runs 3 to 5 business days after all items are in hand.

For programs working toward a launch date, we recommend starting the project 4 to 6 weeks in advance if custom printed packaging is involved.
