Die Cutting
Die cutting lets us cut printed pieces into custom shapes, add clean perforations, and build features a straight trim cannot produce. From a unique silhouette to a functional pocket or a sheet of tear-away tickets, we cut to your specification.
Die cutting is a finishing service that pairs with almost any product we print. You supply print-ready artwork with your die line, and we handle the tooling and the cut.
Index and divider tabs cut to shapes beyond the standard rectangle.
Custom box and packaging shapes, cut and scored to fold cleanly.
Custom pocket shapes for planners, folders, and covers.
Bookmarks cut to snap into wire-o, spiral, and 3-ring bindings.
Kiss-cut sheets and fully die-cut stickers in any shape.
Perforated sheets that tear cleanly into tickets or cards.
Shaped inserts, tear-outs, and specialty pages inside a book.
Folders with die-cut pockets and card slits.
Have a shape that is not listed here? We cut to your die line.
Every die cut shape starts with a die line, the outline that tells our press where to cut. You provide your print-ready file with the die line in place. If you are not sure how to set one up, ask your Vervante representative and we will point you to the right template. Because each shape needs its own tooling and setup, die cutting is quoted per project.
