Connecting Your GoHighLevel Store to Vervante
Route your GoHighLevel orders to us automatically for printing and fulfillment.
GoHighLevel sends each order to Vervante as an email from a workflow. When the email reaches our order system in the correct format, the order goes straight into production and ships directly to your customer, with no manual processing on your end.
There are two ways to set this up, depending on what you sell:
- One product per order, quantity 1. Use a GoHighLevel workflow email. No other tools are needed. Follow Steps 1 through 4 below.
- More than one product in a cart, or customers who can order more than one copy. Use Make.com or Zapier between GoHighLevel and Vervante. See Selling More Than One Product.
Step 1: Find Your Vervante Part Numbers
Every product we print or store for you has a Vervante part number that begins with V408. Log in to your Vervante account and open My Vervante Part Numbers to see them. Each workflow you build uses one of these part numbers, so keep the list handy.
Step 2: Create a Workflow for Each Product
- In GoHighLevel, go to Automation and create a new workflow.
- Set the trigger to Order Submitted.
- Add a filter for the product, so the workflow only runs when that product is purchased.
- Name the workflow after the product, for example "Vervante order: Gratitude Journal".
Build one workflow for each product you want Vervante to fulfill.
Step 3: Add the Order Email
Add a Send Email action to the workflow and set it up as follows.
- To: [email protected]
- Subject: New order for your store name
- Body: copy the template below into the email body.
Order Information
(V408XXXXXXX) X 1
fname: {first name}
lname: {last name}
address1: {shipping address}
address2: {shipping address line 2}
city: {shipping city}
state: {shipping state}
zip: {shipping postal code}
country: {shipping country}
email: {email}
phone: {phone}
Then make these changes:
- Part number line. Replace V408XXXXXXX with the product's Vervante part number. Keep the parentheses, the space, the X and the quantity exactly as shown.
- Customer fields. Replace each item in curly braces with the matching GoHighLevel merge field, using the field picker in the email editor. Use the shipping address fields, not the contact's main address, so the order ships to the address your customer entered at checkout.
- Field labels. Keep each label (fname:, lname:, address1: and so on) at the start of its line, followed by a colon.
Duplicating a workflow for another product? Copying a workflow is the fastest way to add products, but the copy keeps the original part number. Always update the part number line in the new workflow before you publish it.
Optional fields such as a shipping method or a gift message can be added on their own lines. The full list of fields and shipping method codes is on our order email format page.
Step 4: Check Your First Order
- Before you publish, temporarily set the To address to your own email and place a test order.
- Open the email you receive and confirm that the part number line and every address field filled in correctly.
- Change the To address back to [email protected] and publish the workflow.
Every order that reaches [email protected] is printed and shipped, so do not send test orders to that address unless you want them produced. Your orders, their status and tracking numbers appear in your Vervante account.
Selling More Than One Product
A GoHighLevel workflow email sends the same fixed part number and quantity every time. If a customer can put more than one product in the cart, or order more than one copy, the order needs one part number line for each item with its real quantity:
(V4081111111) X 2
(V4082222222) X 1
GoHighLevel cannot build these lines on its own, so use Make.com or Zapier in between:
- In Make.com or Zapier, create a scenario or Zap that starts with a custom webhook, and copy the webhook URL it gives you.
- In GoHighLevel, create a workflow with the Order Submitted trigger and a Webhook action that sends the order to that URL.
- In Make.com or Zapier, match each of your GoHighLevel products to its Vervante part number, and build one line per item in the format (part number) X quantity.
- Add the customer fields from Step 3 below the part number lines, and send the email to [email protected].
Do not send one email per product. If a separate workflow fires for each product in the same cart, each email arrives as its own order and is charged its own order fee. One order email should list every item in the cart.
