Every planner and journal we produce is completely custom. Your design, your content, your specifications. We are not asking you to choose from a catalog of pre-set options. We are here to help you create exactly what your audience needs, from the cover material down to the paper weight inside.

We can start as small as 25 copies, which means you do not have to overcommit before you know how your product will sell. And once you are ready to scale, we can store your inventory in our secure Utah warehouse and drop-ship individual orders directly to your customers as they come in.

Choosing the Right Cover

The cover sets the tone for everything. It is the first thing your customer picks up, the first thing they show a friend, and often the reason they decide to buy in the first place.

Here are the cover options we offer and when each one makes sense:

• Board covers are the smartest starting point for most planners. Made by laminating multiple sheets of heavy cover stock, they give you the rigidity of a hardcover without the cost. Available in 24pt (2-ply), 36pt (3-ply, the most popular), and 48pt (4-ply) thicknesses.
• 10mm laminated covers are a durable, professional option that pairs beautifully with wire-o and disc binding.
• Traditional hardcover (casebinding) offers the most premium feel and longest durability. Ideal for planners positioned as a keepsake or a flagship product.
• Faux leather and linen covers add a rich texture and hand feel that customers immediately associate with quality.
• Printed hardcovers give you full-color printing across the entire cover for bold, branded designs.

Whatever direction you are leaning, we recommend ordering samples before you decide. Feeling the difference between a 36pt board cover and a faux leather hardcover in your hands makes the choice much easier.

Binding That Works for Your Customer

Binding determines how your planner opens and how enjoyable it is to write in every day. The wrong choice can frustrate customers even if everything else about the product is perfect.

• Wire-o binding is our most popular choice for daily planners. It lays completely flat when open, making it comfortable to write across the full spread.
• Concealed wire-o gives you the same lay-flat function with a cleaner, more polished look from the outside.
• Disc binding punch. If your audience uses a disc-bound system like Levenger or Arc, we can punch your pages so they drop right in.
• Smyth sewn layflat binding sews the signatures of the book together before casebinding, creating a beautiful lay-flat experience that feels truly handcrafted and premium.

Once your planners are printed, you do not have to touch them if you do not want to. We store your inventory in our secure Utah warehouse, manage your stock levels, and ship individual orders directly to your customers as they come in with your branding on the package. Whether you are selling through your own website, Etsy, or at live events, we handle the logistics so you can focus on what you do best.

Most of our customers start with a small batch to launch and test their market, then reorder as their sales grow. Either way, we scale right along with you.
